Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.

  • Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers.

2. Cancellation Charges (Indicative)

  • More than 30 days before travel: Minimal or no charges (subject to supplier rules)

  • 15–30 days before travel: Partial cancellation charges may apply

  • Less than 15 days before travel: High cancellation charges or no refund

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7–14 working days.

  • Service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Vatsalya Holidays

In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a refund as per feasibility.

5. No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided in case of no-show or unused services.
