Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
2. Cancellation Charges (Indicative)

More than 30 days before travel: Minimal or no charges (subject to supplier rules)

15–30 days before travel: Partial cancellation charges may apply

Less than 15 days before travel: High cancellation charges or no refund
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7–14 working days.

Service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Vatsalya Holidays
In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a refund as per feasibility.
5. No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided in case of no-show or unused services.
